However, as a non-governmental, private organization, we reserve the right to hide or delete posts, as well as to temporarily or permanently block users who engage in or contain the following:
We may also turn off comments on some posts of a sensitive nature, posts that feature individuals, or posts in which the comments exceed a few hundred so that we are able to monitor comments effectively.
If you are requesting legal assistance, do not post those requests in our social media accounts. We will not respond to them in that way. Instead, please email legal.program@aclu-ia.org so that we can assure your confidentiality. We reserve the right to remove or hide requests for legal assistance.
