Mission:

Our highly focused mission is to protect and advance fundamental personal liberties and rights such as those embodied within the Bill of Rights. To do this the ACLUF-IA depends on heavily on limited funding through private contributions. Accordingly, the ACLU-IA legal program restricts itself primarily to issues and cases that involve discrete and identifiable issues of constitutional law that clearly fit within our agenda and financial ability. Donations to the ACLUF-IA are tax deductible.
