Volunteer

The ACLU-IA welcomes the assistance of people who have time to volunteer.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. During that time volunteers can assist with processing memberships, database work, intakes, and research. Outside of work hours volunteers can help organize events such as Banned Books Week activities and other outreach projects. If you do wish to volunteer, please call 515-243-3576, ext.19 or e-mail us.

If you are a second or third year law student and are looking for unpaid internships or legal research opportunities, please email the legal director.
