ACLU of Iowa Foundation

The ACLU Foundation of Iowa was founded in 1969.  As a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity, all donations it receives are tax-deductible. The organization conducts public education efforts, speaks on behalf of civil liberties to the media, and operates a legal program.  The foundation also provides a less than substantial amount of its annual income to support legislative advocacy.
